I absolutely love the texture on this! It acts as a natural scrubber.

ON this pattern on Row 3 How can that be just 24 Dc?When you are putting 2DC in each of 24 sc from row 2? hbmaurer@comcast.net

Beverly, you are working round 3 in the unused back loops left over from rounds 1 and 2, IN round 2 you worked 2 sc in the 12 front loops of round 1....so that left that back loops free (unused) If you count those unused back loops, you will count only 12...so by doing 2dc in each of those 12 loops, it equals out to 24dc.

Hello, I found this pattern by surfin on Pinterest. I wanted to make this pattern but got stuck on row 3. I think that row 3 should be rewritten. If you count the backloops of round 2 there are 24 backloops because you made 24 SC in that row so that gives 24 backloops! I saw your answer on Beverly's comment. How can one crochet in backloops of row 1? I tried it but it is nearly impossible. Something is written wrong in row 3.

Hi Marina, I have been cleaning house all day, I will rework this pattern tomorrow. I am slowly getting all my old pattern re-written, I completed my 6" square and will start on 12" and dishcloths.
