Body: (make 2)

Rnds 1-3: Repeat rnds 1-3 of head.

Rnd 4: Ch3, dc in each st around, join & fasten off & weave in ends. (48dc)

W/right side up, overlap head onto the body.  Match rnd 3 of head with the top of rnd 2 of body.  Sew head to body, you might want to remember to sew the back part too, so there is no gap. Weave in your ends when done.
Rnd 5: With wrong sides facing, join white with any sc, working through both pieces, sc in each st around, working a slst in the last st of the head where it meets the body, then another slst into the first st of the body, continue working a sc in each st around to other side where you will work the 2 slsts as above.  Fasten off & weave in ends.

Ear Muffs: (W/B) Make 2
Rnd 1: Ch4, 9dc in 4th ch from hook, join.  (10dc)
Rnd 2: Ch1, sc in each st around.  (10sc). Do not fasten off.
2nd Muff: Ch24, repeat rnds 1 & 2 once more after the end of rnd 2, ch1, and slst back down the 24chs, fasten off leaving long tail to sew onto head.

Attach your ear muffs to the top of your snowman, eyeball where you think it should be, and you might want to use bobby pins to keep in place while sewing on.

Scarf: (W/B)
Row 1: Ch31, sc in 2nd ch from hook and each ch across. Ch1, turn
Row 2:  Sc in each st across. Fasten off and sew onto snowman around neck area.

Hanger: (W/A)
Row 1:  Leaving a long tail for sewing, ch8, sc in 2nd ch from hook and next 6chs, ch1, turn, (7sc)
Rows 2-26: Sc in each st across, ch1, turn.  (7sc)
Row 27: Scdec, sc in next 3sts, scdec in last 2, ch1, turn.  (5sc)
Row 28: Sc in next 2sts, ch2 or 3 (depending on your button size), sk1, sc in last 2sts.  ch1, turn.  (4sc, 1lps)
Row 29: Sc in next 2sts, work 2 or 3sc in sp (based on what you chained for button hole), sc in last 2, fasten off leaving a long tail for sewing.  (5sc)
You will need determine where you want to place your hanger and how you want your button, in the front or back.  How I did mine was this: I like the button in front as it’s  easier to button.  I attached row 1 of hanger to about the middle of rnd 1 of  head piece,  I then attached my button between rows 8-11.

Towel Loop: (W/A)
Row 1: Ch15, sc in 2nd ch from hook and next 13chs.  Ch1, turn.  (14sc)
Row 2: Sc in each st across, fasten off and sew onto the body near the bottom.

Eyes: W/Black(make 2)
W/Black, 10 sc in a magic circle, pull circle tight, join to first sc.  (10sc)
If you want buttons, use eyes.

Nose: W/Orange
Ch5, slst in 2nd ch from hook and next ch, hdc in next ch, 2dc in last ch

There is no hat for the towel holder, it was designed to have ear muffs, but I have hat instructions for the hot pad, you can always add that to this one and I think it will look really cute, I will add the hat pattern to the patterns for anyone who wants that instead of ear muffs, for now here is the hat you can use:

Hat:
Rnd 1: W/B, ch4, 4dc in 4th ch from hook, join. (5dc)
Rnd 2: Ch3, dc in same st. 2dc in each st around, join. (10dc)
Rnd 3: Ch3, dc in same st. 2dc in each st around, join. (20dc)
Rnd 4: Ch3, dc in same st. [Dc in next 3sts, 2dc in next st] Repeat around ending w/dc in last 3sts, join. (25dc)
Rnd 5: Ch3, dc in same st. [Dc in next 4sts, 2dc in next st] Repeat around ending w/dc in last 4sts, join. (30dc)
Rnd 6: Ch1, sc in same st and each around, join. (30sc) Fasten off.
