Rnd 1: W/A, ch4, work 15dc in 4th ch from hook, join in top of beg ch4. (16dc)

Rnd 2: Ch3,  4dc in same st.  [Ch1, sk one dc, sc in next dc, ch1, sk one dc, 5dc in next dc]Repeat around ending w/ch1, sk one dc, join.  (20dc, 4sc)

Rnd 3: Ch3, [2dc in next 3 dc, dc in next dc, sc in 3 sts, dc in next dc]Repeat around ending w/sc in last 3sts, join. (32dc, 12sc)

Rnd 4: Ch3, dc in next dc.  [2dc in next 4 dc,  dc in next 2 dc, ch1, sk sc, sc in sc, ch1,  sk sc, dc in next 2dc]Repeat around ending w/ch1, sk sc,  join. (48dc, 4sc)

Rnd 8: Counting your joining st, count 10dc and join your new color w/slst in the 11th sc, and work (Ch3, dc, ch1, 2dc) Beg corner made.  [Dc in 9sc, 2dc in sp, dc in 10sc, in next sc, work corner of (2dc, ch1, 2dc).]4x, minus last corner,  join. (100dc)   Slst over to corner ch1sp.

*note* the hdc done after a ch2, might be tricky to get into, 

Rnd 9: Slst in next 2sts, (ch3, dc, ch1, 2dc), beg corner made.  [Dc in next st, (ch1, sk a st, dc in 2sts)7x.  Ch1, sk a st, dc in next st, (2dc, ch1, 2dc) in next sp, corner made]Repeat around


Rnd 10: Beg corner.  [ (Ch1, sk a st, dc)18x.  Ch1, sk st, work corner in sp]4x minus last corner & join fastening off color 2.   (88dc)

Rnd 11: With color 1, join in corner ch1sp & beg corner.  [Dc in 2sts, (Staying behind your work,  tc in skipped st of rnd 9, dc in next dc)19x.  Dc in next st, corner in next sp]4x minus last corner & join. Fasten off & weave in your ends  (180dc)


You might need to block your square, it does tend to wave, but my testers pretty much agreed that blocking helps, but that putting this square with an afghan will also help it to straighten out.
