Rnd 1: Ch4, work 15dc in 4th ch from hook.  Join to top of ch4. (16dc)

Rnd 2: (Ch3, fpdc) around same dc. (Dc, fpdc) in next dc and each dc around, join.  (32dc)

Rnd 3: Ch3, [Fpdc in fpst, dc in next dc] Repeat around, ending w/fpdc in last st, join. (32dc) 

Rnd 4: (Ch3, dc) in joining st.  [Fpdc in next fpst, 2dc in next st]Repeat around, join.  (48dc)
