Rnd 2: Ch3 (2dc) in same st. [Dc in 1sc, (3dc) in next sc] 3x. Dc in 1sc. Join in top of beg ch3. (16dc)
Rnd 3: Ch3 (2dc) in same st. Dc in 1dc, (3dc) in next dc. [Fpdc in next dc, (3dc) in next dc, dc in 1dc, (3dc) in next dc]3x. Fpdc in last dc & join. (32dc)
Rnd 4: Ch3, (2dc) in same st. Dc in 5dc, (3dc) in next dc, [Fpdc in fpdc, (3dc) in next dc, dc in 5dc, (3dc) in next dc]3x. Fpdc in last fpdc & join. (44dc)
Rnd 5: Ch3, Dc in 10dc [Fpdc in fpdc, dc in next 11dc] 3Xs. Fpdc in last fpdc. DO NOT JOIN. (48dc)
Rnd 6: [Slst in 2sts, sk-1, 9dc in next, sk-1, slst in next st, sk-1, 9dc in next, sk-1, slst in 2sts, fpsc in next st.]3x. Sc in 6sts, Ch7, hdc in 2nd ch from hook & next 5chs. Sc in 5sts, slst in first st. (54dc)
Rnd 7: [+Ch6, Sc in the slst between heart humps. Ch6, sc in next sc, (this will be the fpsc of previous round) ] 3Xs. Ch6, now looking at the dcs from rnd 4, sk-5dc, sc in top of next dc (making sure to stay behind your work). Ch6, and join in first sc, changing to background color. (8ch6)
Rnd 8: Ch1, Sc in same st. [+5sc in next ch sp, sc in sc, 5sc in next sp+ sc in sc] 3x. Repeat +to+ once and join to first sc. (48sc) Slst into next sc.
